Shipping policy

The shipping cost is calculated in the checkout and depends on the shipping option you choose. We offer free shipping in EU and UK. 

Shipping details :

After your order, we receive an automatic notification. You will be informed by e-mail when we have filled the order. From that moment, we contact our partners (DHL or ColiShip), depending on which delivery option you have chosen, and they will be responsible to ship you your order on time. We specify that all shipments are sent on business days. Business days are defined from Monday to Friday and not including weekends and public holidays in France. 

International shippings :

Thalie ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, custom clearance chargers, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can not give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies around the world. In case that is "NO TAXES TO PAY" stated in the checkout, then you will not have to pay any tax upon delivery. 

Local Delivery :

We offer free same-day delivery in Paris.

  • If order before 15h, delivery same day.
  • If order after 15h, delivery next day before 11h.
  • Days : Monday-Friday.
  • Free option.

Local pickup :

Click & collect now is available. If you prefer to meet us, you can come at our showroom and pickup your order. Pickup is usually ready in 4h from your order.

 Returns :

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer to our customers in France free return costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted and you are based in France, we'll organise shipping and will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and when will be pickup.
If your return is accepted and you are based outside of France, we will send you all informations and address of return location. We are sorry, but we do not offer free returns outside of France. The choice of the carrier used for this return is entirely free. 

Pre-orders :

All pre-orders will be ready in 2 months from the moment when you placed pre-order. You will be notified by email for the exact date of shipment.
